General Class InformationPre-enrollment is required to attend a DIXIE'S class. To enroll, tell us what date you'd like to start, complete and sign an application, enclose puppy's vaccination records and class fees (We do not cash checks until after your first class. Training, PO Box 1292, Owasso, OK 74055-1292. As soon as we receive your enrollment request and you class fee, we will review your vaccination records and confirm your starting date. Health Requirements for EnrollmentWe are very proud to say that the health requirements for enrollment in a DIXIE'S class are some of the strictest around. For the protection of your puppy and all other puppies in our classes THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS to our vaccination and health care requirements. If we do not receive proof of vaccinations you will be allowed to come to class but your puppy WILL NOT be allowed. Your puppy must have a current, within the last 3 weeks for puppies under 16 weeks of age, vaccination for canine Distemper and Parvovirus. The proof of these vaccinations must accompany your enrollment form.While your puppy is enrolled in class he must maintain a vaccination schedule of every 3 weeks until 16 weeks of age, with the last Distemper being given at or after 12 weeks of age and the last Parvovirus being given at or after 16 weeks of age.* Proof of these booster vaccinations will be required during the course of your enrollment. Your puppy must have had at least 2 vaccinations for canine distemper and Parvovirus, with the last Distemper after 12 weeks of age and the last Parvovirus after 16 weeks of age.* Dogs over 1 year of age must maintain a yearly booster schedule (or have proof of a protective titer).Rabies vaccinations are required on all dogs 6 months of age or older. Proof of vaccinations must accompany your enrollment form. Proof of a negative fecal check or if fecal was positive proof of treatment followed by a recheck of the fecal must accompany your enrollment form. Proof of vaccinations can be a photocopy of your puppy's medical records or a note from your veterinarian stating the vaccination history.
